Wen is the President and Principal Consultant at Good Point Consulting Inc., with more than 20 years of experience in strategic leadership and operations across both the nonprofit and business sectors. As a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded two businesses, she brings first-hand insight into building and managing organizations from the ground up.
For more than a decade, Wen has been a driving force in the regional entrepreneurial and nonprofit ecosystem, securing millions in funding and leading community-based programs that expand opportunity for underrepresented entrepreneurs.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Wen applies Lean Startup and Human-Centred Design Thinking to help nonprofit and business clients solve complex challenges, strengthen operations, and drive innovation.
Committed to inclusive, community-centered leadership, Wen founded the Sisterhood of Women in Business to create a space where women entrepreneurs can share honest experiences, support one another and grow together.
